How to ship your items to us for Estimate and/or Repair ...

STEP 1: Package your item for shipment:

You have the option of bringing your item to our Cincinnati facility (See Map Page) or shipping your item to us for estimate and/or repair. If you prefer to ship your items, select suitable packing materials and pack your items carefully to prevent damage in shipment.

An alternative is to have a professional package service to professionally box your items and ship them to our Cincinnati facility. Several of the carriers listed below maintain package services.

Please remember to enclose your NAME, ADDRSSS, PHONE, E-MAIL, AND A DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS YOU HAVE ENCLOSED IN THE PACKAGE.

Federal Express (FedEx) likewise maintains convenient shipping locations throughout the US and Canada. Always insure your package and request "Signature Required" when shipping via FedEx. U.S. Postal Service (USPS maintains shipping locations in almost every city , town and village throughout the US. Always insure your package and request "PRIORITY MAIL / Signature Required" when shipping via USPS. To find the nearest post office and to get postage rates click on the following ... www.usps.co

Signature Required?

All carriers offer a "Signature Required" service and, for security reasons, we recommend you use this service on all shipments. If you are shipping via USPS Priority shipping, request "Signature Required" rather than just "Delivery Confirmation". This assures your package is handed directly to one of our staff.

For added security, all items returned to you will be returned "Signature Required". If, for some reason no one will be available at your home of business to receive your package, you may "Opt Out" of this service. You "Opt Out" by requesting to us in writing (or e-mail) not to include the Signature Required service on the return shipment.

Insurance?

Insurance is not expensive and is highly recommended for all packages forwarded to us. Likewise, all items will be insured when they are returned to you.
